Rick Booth
is Director Operations Planning for Bell Canada. Rick has
been with Bell 26 years and has developed his process background as a
teacher and facilitator of Strategic and Business planning during his
last 12 years. His breadth of process support comes from having worked
with groups throughout the company. His current focus in Operations
Knowledge Management explores deeper interpretation of current business
processes to reveal new opportunities in Operational Excellence. Rick
leverages his Science background to explore and solve complex business
problems by developing operational scenarios and models.
