John Desmond

John Desmond
has more than 30 years of experience in the
telecommunications and datacomm industries, in the development launch,
and marketing of new products and services. He has designed "bleeding
edge" new hardware for advanced communications systems with
Bell-Northern Research (later Nortel Networks) in Ottawa. Subsequently
with Nortel, then ADC Telecommunications and NextNet Wireless. He has
acted in a number of management roles in Program Management, Account
Marketing, and Product Line Management. John has authored and presented
Telecomm and Marketing courses with Ryerson Polytechnic University and
the University of Toronto, as well as various technical symposia in the
area of wireless communications.
