Barbara Miller
is a partner with the law firm Fasken Martineau. Barbara
practises business law and advises clients on a broad range of corporate
and commercial issues, ranging from financing to secured lending,
mergers and acquisitions and specialized commercial transactions.
Barbara has particular expertise with respect to communications and
banking law and represents a number of high-profile companies in those
sectors. She has written and spoken extensively on a variety of
corporate, financing and communications topics. She is a former seminar
leader and lecturer for the Business Law section of the Bar Admission
course, Law Society of Upper Canada. Recently, Barbara has been a
participating faculty member for the Telecom Management Certificate
Program offered by the University of Toronto Faculty of Applied Science
& Engineering and Professional Development Centre.
